These account terms define the conditions under which we operate bossklik and what we expect from users who open an account with us. We set out the rules for account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, dispute resolution, and the legal framework that applies to our service. Our aim is transparency — you know what to expect from us, and we know what conduct we will support on our platform.
Our services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering or gaming is prohibited by local statute.

During holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and Nyepi, bank processing times may extend.
We reserve the right to suspend a withdrawal request if we identify inconsistencies in your documentation or if your account shows patterns consistent with fraud or money laundering. We will notify you if this happens and give you the opportunity to provide clarification.
Bonus Terms and Eligibility
From time to time, we offer bonus credits to new and existing users. You are responsible for keeping your bossklik login and password confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. We will help you recover your account and investigate any unauthorized activity. We are not liable for losses resulting from your own password disclosure, but we will work with you to restore your account if you report a breach quickly.
We do not permit accounts to be opened by minors, by users under sanctions, or by residents of jurisdictions where our service is prohibited. You are asserting that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are not barred by law from using online gaming or wagering services. If we discover you have misrepresented your age or location, we will close your account and forfeit any balance.
